Acer has launched two new handsets in India dubbed Liquid Jade and Liquid E700 priced at Rs 16,999 and Rs 11,999 respectively. The vendor has announced that the smartphones will be available exclusively via e-commerce portal Snapdeal from today.
Talking about the Acer Liquid Jade, the handset supports dual SIM functionality and it is fueled by Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. Regarding this smartphone, the vendor claimed that the Liquid Jade is targeted towards those users who like to carry a device to express their style and personality.
The Liquid Jade arrives with a 5 inch IPS display with a HD resolution 720×1280 pixels latered with Gorilla Glass 3 protection and ‘Zero Air Gap’ technology. The Indian version of the Liquid Jade is incorporated with a 1.3 GHz quad core MediaTek MT6582 processor supplemented with Mali 400 GPU coupled with 2 GB of RAM. Also, the smartphone packs 16 GB of native storage capacity that can be expanded externally using a micro SD card by another up to 32 GB.
Fuerhermore, the smartphone flaunts a 13 MP rear camera at its back with an f/1.8 aperture, auto focus and FHD 1080p video recording capability. It also features a 2 MP front facing camera for video conferencing and clicking selfies. In terms of connectivity options, the device comes packed with 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and a 2,100 mAh battery.
On the other hand, the Acer Liquid E700 is also based on Android 4.4 KitKat and it is a triple SIM card smartphone. The handset is bestowed with a 5 inch IPS display with a HD 720×1280 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core MediaTek MT6582 SoC coupled with Mali 400 GPU and 2 GB of RAM. Otherwise, the device boasts of an 8 MP main camera with LED flash and 2 MP front facing camera for seflies.
For storage, Liquid E700 packs 16 GB of native storage with support for additional storage. Other goodies include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a large 3,500 mAh battery.
