Lava, the smartphone maker from homeland has launched yet another smartphone in the budget segment. It seems like their is no stopping for the smartphone manufacturers these days. Manufacturers from world around are launching smartphones in to the heavily crowded budget category. Lava has just made the competition more tougher with this latest offering. This new Lava smartphone is dubbed as Lava Iris 325 Style and is a lower budget offering priced at just Rs. 2599.
The dual sim Iris 325 Style runs Android Kitkat out of the box and features a 3.5 inch HVGA TFT display sporting a resolution of 320×480 pixels and display density of 165 PPI. Iris 325 Style is good enough for people who don’t like to hold those bigger smartphones. The dislay will be quite sharper at this size.
Iris 325 Style is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual core processor coupled with 256 MB of ram. It comes with 512 MB of built-in storage that can be expanded to 32 GB. These specifications are just fine considering the price range. Although the chipset is not known yet but it will perform daily tasks without any hiccups.
Iris 325 Style brings on board 2 MP rear snapper with LED flash and the front camera is 0.3 MP. It packs all the necessary connectivity features like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and micro USB options but there is no mention of 3G. Although it provides the GPRS and EDGE connectivity. The smartphone draws power from a 1400 mAh battery which will give you a descent battery life. Iris 325 Style is available for purchase from E-Bay.
