LG Unveils L Fino and L Bello with LG G3 UX Interface and Rear Buttons

With only a couple of weeks left for the IFA 2014 tech show to kick off in Berlin, LG has unleashed two 3G only mid-rangers dubbed L Fino and L Bello. These smartphones will be showcased at the upcoming tech show in September before they hit the retail shelves. Going by the latest announcement from LG, the two mid-rangers feature the firm’s proprietary UX interface on top of Android 4.4.2 KitKat platform.

Going by the hardware aspects, the LG L Fino is given a standard 4.5 inch IPS display with a WVGA resolution of 480×800 pixels and uses a quad-core processor ticking at 1.2 GHz clock speed. Also, there is an 8 MP primary camera sensor at the back accompanied by LED flash and a front-facing VGA camera. The handset bundles 4 GB of internal storage capacity that can be expanded by another 32 GB with the help of a micro SD card. There is a 1,900 mAh battery that delivers sufficient backup that is required by the device.

Talking of the LG L Bello, the handset features a slightly larger display measuring 5 inches in size boasting a FWVGA screen resolution of 854×480 pixels. Also, there is a relatively faster 1.3 GHz clocked quad-core processor under its hood paired with 1 GB of RAM. While the rear camera remains identical to the one on the L Fino, there is a front-facing 1 MP selfie camera onboard. Other aspects include 8 GB of internal storage capacity with support for expansion up to 32 GB via a micro SD card and a juicier 2,540 mAh battery.

Both the handsets come with standard connectivity features such as 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS and pack in the software aspects such as Touch & Shoot, Gesture Shot and Knock Code. They have a similar design as the flagship smartphone LG G3 with rear buttons and support QuickCircle Case.

LG has launched the L Fino in Black, White, Gold, Green and Red color variants, whereas the L Bello arrives only in White, Black and Gold color options. These handsets are claimed to be released in the 3G markets such as Latin America and in Europe, Asia and CIS right from this month.
