Obi Falcon S451 and Fox S453 Get Listed on Company Website

Obi has launched couple of new smartphones dubbed Falcon S451 and Fox S453 and these devices are listed on the official company website. There is no word on the pricing and availability of these Obi smartphones for now. However, earlier this month, the Obi Falcon S451 smartphone was claimed to be priced at Rs 7,999 though its official price in unknown.

The Obi Falcon S451 runs on the dated Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and flaunts a 4.5 inch qHD IPS display with a resolution of 960×540 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor paired with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage capacity that can be expandable via a micro SD card up to 32 GB.

The interesting aspect of the Obi Falcon S451 is its 8 MP rear snapper that is a rotating module with auto focus and dual LED flash. This camera has the ability to rotate up to 206 degrees and it can be locked at the required angle.

The smartphones comes with connectivity features such as 3G, Wi-Fi, micro USB and Bluetooth options. It is powered by a 2,200 mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 8 hours of talk time and up to 230 hours of standby time respectively.

The other smartphone, Obi Fox S453 is fueled by Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system and arrives with a 4.5 inch TFT IPS display that carries a FWVGA screen resolution of 480×854 pixels. The Fox S453 is stuffed with a 1 GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor aided by 1 GB of RAM.

The handset packs 4 GB of inbuilt storage with support for expandable storage up to 32 GB using a micro SD card. There is a 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2 MP front facing camera also onboard. The Obi Fox S453 features 3G, Wi-Fi, micro USB and Bluetooth connectivity and draws its energy from a 1,600 mAh battery that is claimed to pump in 6 hours of talk time and 180 hours of standby time.
